Shipping Information

Standard shipping is free for all eligible orders worldwide. No coupon code is required. If paid expedited shipping is available for your destination, the cost and estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout.

Free worldwide standard shipping covers the standard shipping fee only. It does not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, remote-area surcharges, or local delivery fees charged by the destination country or carrier.

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Custom, personalized, handmade, pre-order, or high-demand items may require 3-7 business days before shipment.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays and carrier holidays.

For custom bracelets, estimated delivery times begin after the order has been dispatched, not from the date the order was placed. The production time shown on the product page should be added before the shipping estimate.

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to destination, carrier capacity, customs clearance, weather, holidays, or events outside our control.
